Using opportunities to practice.
Using failures to learn.
Job interviews are a training field to improve your competencies. Until you get an offer (and choose to sign) many things needs to happen before: first you need to receive the offer itself, to receive the offer you must pass successfully through 2 ou 3 people (your future line manager, peers, the hiring manager) or even a test scenario/ assignment, before that, you need to get an interview, and before that you need to get noticed by the hiring manager.
All of those steps are great opportunities for you to sharpen your CV, practice your presence in interviews, and create a strategy to apply for roles that interest you (in a consistent way).
Practice a lot. Then, if the offer is made, and you are not happy, say “no”. But keep practising.
Best,
